1. How long will it take for process time?

All nails are 100% handmade and made-to-order (except for the nail accessories), thus it normally takes less than 1 week to 2 weeks for process. Please note this is only an estimated time which may vary due to the current workload.

2. How long will it take for delivery time?

It depends on where you are, Orders processed here will take 5 to 7 business days to arrive and the overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7 to 16 days. Please check your emails for updated shipping status.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide and the shipping costs will be applied and added at checkout.

Please notes that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible or obligated to lost package. You may inquire about your package with your local post office for further information.

4. What shipping carriers do you use?

We offer “Standard” and “Expedited” shipping method for you to select during checkout. We use major local courier partners for “Standard” shipping.  All international orders will be shipping with DHL Express so please provide us your correct phone number or email address to receive DHL On-Demand delivery service for tracking.

1. How do I apply and remove the presson nails?

The instructions are also attached on the packaging.

(1) Gently push the cuticles back;

(2) File down your natural nail and gently buff the surface to remove shine for extra hold;

(3) Find the correct size press on for the nail (file down if required);

(4) Use the alcohol wipe to wipe over your natural nail; and

(5) Apply a pea sized amount of glue to the nail and apply firmly for 30 seconds.

(1) Cover the cuticle with cuticle/olive oil and soak nails in hot, soapy water for 10 to 15 minutes;

(2) Carefully rock the press on from side to side to release from the side walls;

(3) Once removed, clean the press on with rubbing alcohol and store for future use;

(4) To remove excess glue, cover the natural nail with oil and lightly buff; and

(5) Avoid acetone and other harsh chemicals.

 2. How long do the nails last?

It depends on the quality of adhesive used with the nails and the proper nail preparation before applying the presson nails. If you are looking to wear the nails for a longer period over a week or more, we suggest to use a good quality nail glue for stronger hold and well nail preparation beforehand. Please refers to the instructions on our website or the packaging. Gel tabs are suggested when you want to wear the nails just for an evening or a day out.

3. Do the sets come with gel tabs or glue?

Unfortunately, we do not supply nails glue since all customers are different and want their nails for different occasions. Gel tabs are available for sales in nail accessories.

4. Shall I use gel tabs or glue?

If you are looking to wear the nails for a longer period over a week or more, we suggest to use nail glue for stronger hold with well nail preparation beforehand. Gel tabs are suggested when you want to wear the nails just for an evening or a day out.

5. Can I get my product personalized?

Unfortunately, we do not have custom service for personalization. However, we offer monthly special which we would love to receive your ideas for inspiration. Once your ideas have been picked, we will contact you and launch the nail set in the next month. The nail set will be named by you and the first set will be sent to you for free!!! Please follow our instagram @viannayu.official for such monthly special.

6. Can I return or cancel my product?

We accept cancellations within 24 hrs of purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can contact us at info@viannaofficial.com with the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.

7. How do I know if your nails will fit my fingers?

You may measure your nails and find your size from our “Nail Shapes & Sizes” page for more information. All handmade nail sets come with 24 nails with all sized differently to ensure you get your correct size.

8. How do I measure my nails?

You can get a tape measure and run over the widest part of your fingernail and make a note of your dimensions.

9. Are your nail reusable?

Yes, all handmade presson nails are reusable as long as you take good care of them wearing and during remove process. After you have soaked your nails in warm water, the glue on the back will be soft enough to scrape off for the next application. As for gel tabs, you can peel off easily and ready to be reused.

10. What can I do if my presson nails won’t stay on and keep popping off?

Please follow “How to apply” instruction carefully and do all prepping steps. If you apply presson nails with nail glue, please avoid water contact for at least 2-3 hours. It’s important to avoid water contact until the glue is completely dried.

11. What comes with my nail purchase? 

All handmade nail sets come with 24 nails with 12 different sizes (please refers to “Nail Shapes & Sizes” for details) and detailed instructions on how to apply/remove your presson nails. Please note that we do not supply nail glue and the nail tabs are available to order in store.
