Delivery methods

Both delivery methods are available worldwide. You are able to select either method once you enter the delivery address on the basket page. Then, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Delivery time

It depends on where you are, local delivery will take 5 to 7 business days to arrive and the overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7 to 16 business days. Please check your emails for updated shipping status.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the destination and delivery method. Such costs are then automatically calculated during checkout. Please notes that international buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery notice:

Delivery services are available during normal business working hours.

For Standard delivery, the orders will be passed on to the local postal service. All international orders will be shipping with DHL Express so please provide us your correct phone number or email address to receive DHL On-Demand delivery service for tracking.

Please note that the deliveries may take a little longer due to COVID-19 and force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
